While fats and oils should be used sparingly, there is no need to eliminate them completely from the diet. This guide can help make decisions when grocery shopping or meal planning.

Quick Tips:

1️⃣ Choose fats from whole foods like avocados and nuts.

2️⃣ Avoid fats from processed foods like baked goods and deep fried foods.
