Food labels often have terms that are confusing. This download presentation assist in understanding common terms and phrases that may be used on food labels. When defined by regulations, these terms have strict meaning the consumer can rely on. However, when not defined in regulation, terms may require additional review of the food contents to assure it meets the consumer expectations.
