Understanding the difference between “good” and “bad” fats can be difficult. Use this guide to identify fats that are good and those that should be avoided or eaten in moderation.
While fats and oils should be used sparingly, there is no need to eliminate them completely from the diet. This guide can help make decisions when grocery shopping or meal planning.
